Ramadan Mubarak! There have been reported sightings of the new moon on Tuesday 17th February 2026 in Tumair, Saudi Arabia, declaring the 1st of Ramadan 1447 AH to be Wednesday 18th February 2026. Our first Tarawih jama'ah will be held this evening, Tuesday 17th February at 8pm.

Ramadan 1447 AH / 2026 timetable, including Tarawih times. The start of Ramadan will be either Wednesday 18th February 2026, or Thursday 19th February 2026, depending on the sighting of the new moon.

There were reports of positive sighting of the moon on Tuesday 27th May 2025. We will be celebrating Eid al-Adha on Friday 6th June 2025.

Quran & Tajweed Classes will be held for Adult Brothers with Hafidh Zeeshan Khan, every Saturday from 12pm to 1pm, starting from Saturday 5th April 2025.

Qari Dr Shaaban Eid, from Egypt, will replace Sheikh Ahmed Attia in leading the first Tarawih alongside Imam Abdul Hannan Rab.

Ramadan Mubarak! There have been reported sightings of the new moon in Saudi Arabia on Sunday 10th March 2024, declaring the 1st of Ramadan 1445 AH to be Monday 11th March 2024.

Saudi Arabia declared positive sighting of the moon on Sunday 18th June 2023. We will be celebrating Eid al-Adha on Wednesday 28th June 2023.

The new moon has been sighted in Saudi Arabia. We will be celebrating Eid al-Fitr on Friday 21st April.

We confirm that the new moon has not been sighted tonight so our first Tarawih jama’ah will be held tomorrow evening, and our first fast will be on Thursday 23rd March 2023. Ramadan Mubarak!

We confirm that the new moon has been sighted in the UAE, on Friday 1st April 2022, so our first fast will be on Saturday 2nd April 2022.

In accordance with the latest advice from the UK Government and the guidance from the Muslim Council of Britain, in sha Allah, the masjid will be re-opening on Wednesday 8th July 2020 from Fajr prayer.

We confirm that the new moon has been sighted in Jebel Jais, UAE, on Thursday 23rd April 2020, so our first fast will be Friday 24th April 2020.

BAGR management has decided to safeguard our students and worshippers by suspending all 5 daily prayers and Salat al-Jumu’ah from Isha from 21st March 2020. The masjid will be closed until further notice.
